CJC-1295 No DAC (Mod GRF 1-29)
CAS: 863288-34-0
Aliases: Modified GRF (1-29), Mod GRF, Tetrasubstituted GRF1-29
⚠️ For laboratory research use only; not intended for human therapy
Basic Information
– Sequence: 29 amino acids; a synthetic analog of GHRH (growth hormone-releasing hormone) derived from natural GHRH (1-29) with four site-specific mutations: D-Ala²、Gln⁸、Ala¹⁵、Leu²⁷; C-terminal amidation to resist degradation by DPP-IV
– Molecular weight: 3367.9 Da
– Half-life: ~30 min (free peptide in vivo, without the albumin-binding group DAC)
– Target: Pituitary GHRH receptor; stimulates GH secretion in a pulsatile manner, more closely mimicking the body’s endogenous GH secretion pattern; often used in combination with Ipamorelin (GHRP) for synergistic studies
Dissolution and Storage (Laboratory Procedures)
1. Solvent: BAC water / AA water (sterile acetic acid water), standard lyophilized peptide reconstitution system
2. Refrigeration after reconstitution: Can be stored at 2–8°C for approximately 2–4 weeks; for long-term storage, aliquot and freeze at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles
3. Solubility: Good water solubility
Research Combinations
Most Classic Combination: CJC-1295 No DAC + Ipamorelin
– Mod GRF (GHRH receptor agonist) amplifies pulsatile GH release from the pituitary gland
– Ipamorelin (GHSR agonist) stimulates GH secretion; the two exhibit synergistic effects and are a commonly used combination in GH axis research Important Notes
1. This substance is for research purposes only and must not be injected into humans.
2. As a growth hormone-releasing peptide, it is classified as a banned substance in sports competitions.
3. All information is provided solely as laboratory chemical/pharmacological data and does not constitute any guidance on drug use.
